Writing-We are going to write thank you letters for all those who have helped
make the Overnight Trip possible.
Testing-We have started our
second round of math/reading tests. Most of the students have passed reading so
will not have to take it over.
Court Trip-Last week we had the
chance to tour the courthouse, see many court cases in session and talk with a
judge. It was great!
Mr. Cartehena-Please welcome our new student
teacher for the semester. He will be working with students in small groups as
well as helping out with debates and learning about the Oregon
Trail.
We have finally raised the money for the field trip. It
would not have been possible without grants and donations from MESD, Parkrose
Foundation, St. Claire(they raised $1,400 for us) and Donors Choose where Mr. K
and myself were fully funded grants. Thanks to all the parents who are going to
volunteer.
